In current scenario, there is a huge supply demand gap. Builders have been used to HUGH profits and are not willing to accept reasonable profits. Also much of their market value &amp; valuations depend upon the sales prices, so reduction in REAL sales price has a double whammy of lower profits &amp; lower valuations.
