Round the clock police van is available.</li><li>Will be a good investment in long run because of its location.</li></ul><strong>Disadvantages</strong>:<br /><br /><ul><li>This area is still not well developed and lacks transportation facilities. If you dont own a vehicle this place is not for you.</li><li>No market nearby. Heavy dependency on Noida markets. (Not too far though)</li><li>Safety is a concern outside the society premises.</li><li>Very difficult to go on the other side of the expressway because of lack of subways/pedestrian crossings.</li></ul><p>Readers are requested to add on to this information so that others are benefitted and get the true picture.I request them to share their experiences with Eldeco or any other information they know.
