Eldeco Utopia has been built by Eldeco Group which has been into Residential/Commercial/Industrial projects for the last so many years.The Eldeco group is ISO certified and has been coming up with good quality apartments in this region. The famous one being the Eldeco Green Meadows at Greater Noida and Eldeco Ananda at Noida.

Being at one of the best locations, this project is one of the most sought after in Noida.A quick list of advantages and disadvantages in my opinion are as under:
Advantages:

• Right in the middle of Noida-Greater Noida Expressway.Easy Connectivity to Noida,Gr.Noida, Delhi.
• Good construction quality
• All society facilities like swimming pool, tennis courts etc available.
• Occupied by many senior govt officials like IPS, IAS officers.
• Good security. Round the clock police van is available.
• Will be a good investment in long run because of its location.

Disadvantages:

• This area is still not well developed and lacks transportation facilities. If you dont own a vehicle this place is not for you.
• No market nearby. Heavy dependency on Noida markets. (Not too far though)
• Safety is a concern outside the society premises.
• Very difficult to go on the other side of the expressway because of lack of subways/pedestrian crossings.
