I am wondering whether you have an analysis on Greater Noida. I am thinking of buying 500sq meter plot in chai phi or eta sector. What should be the fair price per square feet? What is water, electricity and law order situation in these sectors in Greater Noida. Can somebody build their house and live today or it is investment after 5 years or so from infrastructure point of view.
